The very best thing I've had there is the Yaki Udon... it has "dancing bonito flakes" on top, meaning that the paper-shreds of bonito dance in the waves of heat coming off the dish. It's quite spicy and good, but nothing like Tokyo food. (They aren't trying to be Tokyo food... but OH MY GOD I wish they were. I would die if I could get Tokyo ramen in Seattle.) They also have an awfully good cocktail called a Cranberry Kaze. Other than that, I think it's more flash than substance. I appreciate that they're trying, though.
